1. HOW TO BUY
How can I make a request?
Choose the category of products in which you are interested, once inside it, click on the desired article. If you click on the photograph, you can see it enlarged in more detail. You can find detailed information about the products in the technical and vade-mecum sheets of each of the products, access the ecological certificates, etc.
If you have it clear, you can add the products to your cart by clicking on “Add to cart”. If you want more units of the same product, select the amount you want. You can see the products that you have been adding and modify your car while you continue browsing our website.
Once you have finished selecting all the products that you want to add to your basket, you will have to click on “Cart” to finalize the order.
A screen with your detailed order will appear and you will have to click on “place order” to continue with the purchase. You will have to add the billing and shipping information, choose the transport you want and the payment method that in our case is transfer.
Once the payment is made, you will receive an email confirming your order, which will be sent the same day if you have done it before 13:00 p.m.
Modify or cancel an order
To modify or cancel an order contact customer service at 660339096 or by email at info@balcare.es Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

2. CHANGES USER ACCOUNT
I forgot my password. What I can do?
Go to the “My account” section, click on “I forgot my password”. Indicate the email address corresponding to your user and we will send you a new self-generated password. You can change your password again by entering your account within the control panel. If you still have problems, write an email to info@balcare.es, we will assist you as soon as possible.

3. RETURNS
Can I make a change or return an order made through the web?
In Balcare Cosmetics we want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase, therefore, we check any possible defect in the products supplied to our customers.
All products are packed with care and shipped in excellent condition. However, if your order contains a damaged item or there has been an error, you can, within 24 hours of receiving the order, notify us by phone call to 660339096 or through an email to info@balcare.es about the incidence so that we can replace the article as soon as possible. When the delivery of your order is made, you must check that everything is as requested.
If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, indicate it on the delivery note that the carrier will give you. Orders placed through the web can not be returned or exchanged at the Balneario El Raposo store.

4. SHIPPING PENINSULAR SPAIN AND EUROPE
Where can I receive my orders?
Your orders will be sent to the delivery address that was entered when creating your account, so it is important that you provide us with that information.
What are the delivery times and costs?
We ship to all of Spain and also to the countries of the European Union.
Orders placed and paid before 13:00 will be processed that same day if it is working, if that day is not working it will be processed the next working day.
It is understood by processed order when it has been delivered to the carrier, at which time it begins to count the transport time. All orders placed after 1:00 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Inside your shopping cart, on the right side of the page, you can use a shipping cost simulator where, indicating the shipping province and the postal code, it will offer you an estimate of the cost.
